Jasmeet Kaur Bawa is a multimedia artist who uses her skills in photography, videography, and writing to create compelling vertical content. 

Jasmeet Bawa is a New York City-based photographer and visual creative. With a background in neuroscience, education, and community organizing, she brings a researcher's curiosity and an insider's trust to the communities she photographs.

Before picking up a camera professionally, she taught biology in the South Bronx and directed communications for a City Council campaign. That foundation — of listening, of being present, of caring about people's stories — shapes how she works today.

She is currently a visual creative at STAPLE, working with brands and collaborators who have something real to say.
